Ryan letts joined the national bobsleigh program in 2016 and has since enjoyed a number of different successes. He competed in the Junior World Championships, and continued into the 2018/2019 season as a brakeman for Lamin Deen. Ryan Letts Nutrition
Ryan is a man of many talents, having formal qualifications in massage, physiotherapy, nutrition and Strength & Conditioning. He has recently taken strides in the latter starting an Instagram page dedicated to his plant based vegan diet, and his home-made recipes. He hopes to follow in the footsteps of many notable athletes that have changed to a vegan diet and gone on to international success. Within the bobsleigh team Ryan is a great asset in the kitchen making sure that all athletes are eating well and making their weight requirements.
